It's about a little... Country? Idk if i will but it's a thought. C:
Well Russia finds her but at first he is the only one that can see her.
She doesn't have a name. Could she be a past Country that has fallen at a young age or is she a Future country? Soon others start seeing her but they think she is a ghost or their imaginations.

The idea of a fallen country would seem to have a fascinating story line to it.
